These terms govern your use of the Good Dog Gordon website and booking of services.

1. About Us

Good Dog Gordon offers one-on-one, force-free dog training services across London. All training methods comply with ABTC and RSPCA guidelines.

2. Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked online and paid for in advance.

• Session confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• If we need to cancel, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to disclose any behavioural issues or relevant medical conditions your dog may have prior to the session.

• You must be present and engaged during training unless otherwise agreed.

5. Training Methods

We use only force-free, welfare-first methods in line with ABTC and PACT standards. We reserve the right to discontinue a session if methods are not respected.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury or damage unless caused by our proven negligence. You are responsible for your dog’s safety and behaviour during and after training sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including training materials, is owned by Good Dog Gordon and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
