Privacy notice: Good Dog Gordon private file tools

This notice covers a private software tool used only by its owner, Flora Anderson (trading as Good Dog Gordon), to organise her own files across her own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than its owner.

What it does. With the owner’s permission it reads, renames, files and copies documents in the owner’s own Google Drive and Google Sheets so they stay tidy.

What it does with data. It does not collect, sell, share, publish or send any data to anyone. Everything stays on the owner’s own computer and inside the owner’s own Google accounts. Client and personal information is never shown, shared or used for any other purpose. The tool’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
